e. TeHEP "Silver Trowel" Donation $1000.
Many scholars now believe that Tall el-Hammam, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, should be identified as biblical Sodom. TeHEP Director of Excavations, Dr. Steven Collins, concurs. "At this point," he says, "all the geographical and archaeological evidence is converging to support the identification of this massive site as the infamous city of Sodom." Because this theory continues to be supported by the archaeological evidence, the widespread belief that the patriarchal narratives of the Bible are myths and legends is in serious trouble. With your help, the Tall el-Hammam Excavation Project will continue to shed important light on the world of the Bible. By providing your email address when making your "Silver Trowel" donation, you'll receive our TeHEP Updates, which are sent out daily during the seven-week excavation season, and weekly throughout the rest of the year. TeHEP is a Joint Scientific Project under the auspices of the College of Archaeology of Trinity Southwest University and the Department of Antiquities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Your donation is fully tax-deductible.
